Warehouse Lead - 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
Location:
Liverpool
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to join a fast-paced manufacturing business on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Warehouse & Despatch Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods while driving high standards of safety, quality, and operational performance.
About the Role
Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse employees.
Manage warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and performance KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement through Lean/6S initiatives.
Support the implementation and optimisation of a new WMS/ERP system.
Ensure compliance with SHEQ standards and company procedures.
About You
Previous warehouse leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
Strong people management and coaching skills.
Experience with WMS/ERP systems and inventory management.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Salary to £43,000
Pension
25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
