Warehouse Team Leader

Following consistent and continued sales growth in markets across Europe, Solis are now looking for a dynamic, Warehouse support and operations specialist to provide support for our customers in United Kingdom. The role will offer the successful applicant the chance to be part of the fun, diverse and welcoming Solis team in Europe. This is anoffice-based role in the United Kingdom at our Liverpool location.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead, motivate, and develop a small team of warehouse operatives.

• Provide coaching, training, and support to develop team capabilities.

• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee the receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of solar inverters, accessories, and spare parts.

• Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities with transport providers.

• Manage workload priorities to meet customer and business requirements.

• Resolve operational issues efficiently to minimise disruption.
