one of our Clients a Manufacturing packaging Company is looking for an Experienced sales manager with at least 3 years experience in Business development and sales experience.
This Regional Sales Manager role is a field-based position with a territory covering the Scotland Region.
Essential Skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the packaging industry
• Strong understanding of packaging products, materials, and processes
