We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing construction team delivering high-quality Commercial Refurb/New Build projects across Scotland. This is a permanent role offering long-term career development within a well-established and forward-thinking business.

The role

Managing all commercial aspects of projects from tender through to final account

Preparing cost plans, budgets, valuations, and forecasts

Procuring subcontractors and managing contractual arrangements

Monitoring project costs and identifying risks and opportunities

Working closely with site teams, clients, and external consultants

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining strong commercial control and professional standards.

About you

Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry

Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract

Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Confident communicator with a collaborative approach

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be commercially astute, detail-focused, and motivated to contribute to a high-performing team.
