We are looking for a creative, brand-focused Social Media & Content Creator to take full ownership of distilling technical information into simple bitesizes for our audience, which is both visually appealing and informative.
This is not just a scheduling role. You will shape our visual identity, our brand, refine our voice and create high-quality content that shares life changing knowledge.
You will report directly to senior level management, be involved in active decision making and have an important voice at the table as we elevate 'The Drawbridge' brand across all social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Create high-quality content (short-form video, posts, captions, stories) across Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, our Newsletter and Linked In
- Plan, schedule and publish content consistently
- Develop and maintain a strong, cohesive brand voice and visual identity
- Bring fresh ideas to improve the overall look, tone and feel of our channels
- Repurpose content effectively across multiple platforms
- Identify and track clear KPIs across all platforms
- Monitor engagement and performance to refine content direction
- Produce simple monthly performance summaries with key insights
- Manage DMs, comments and day-to-day community engagement
- Ensure all content aligns with brand values and positioning
- Proactively suggest new content themes, series and creative concepts
- Attend reporting and strategy catch-ups with CMO and CEO
Confident and have a track record in managing either your own or other social media accounts independently
Comfortable sharing ideas, challenging the norm and bringing new perspectives
Highly creative with strong visual and branding instincts
Organised, reliable and detail-oriented
Whilst having technical expertise across all the platforms would be ideal, branding & creative will be weighted more highly.
Experience & Skills- 1–5 years experience in social media or content creation
- Proven experience managing personal or professional social media accounts
- Ideally a technical understanding of platform features and trends
- Evidence of previous graphics and design work
- Able to demonstrate content you have personally created
