The RoleWe’re looking for a talented Email Marketing Designer (Klaviyo specialist) who can take real ownership of the creative and build side of our client accounts. This is not a siloed design role.
You’ll be responsible for designing and building high-performing emails in Klaviyo - for both campaigns and automated flows - ensuring everything looks sharp, on-brand and built to convert.
You should be confident working across multiple ecommerce accounts, understanding brand identity quickly, and delivering high-quality work without heavy hand‑holding.

Role Overview- Designing visually compelling, conversion-focused email campaigns
- Building campaigns and automated flows inside Klaviyo
- Creating and refining reusable email templates and modular sections
- Designing emails that are mobile-first and render flawlessly across devices
- Collaborating with strategists and clients to align creative with commercial goals
- Supporting A/B testing of layouts, content blocks, and visual hierarchy
- Ensuring strong UX throughout campaigns and flows
- Maintaining brand consistency while improving structure and clarity
- Staying up to date with ecommerce and email design best practices
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR, CAN‑SPAM and email standards
You’ll work closely with our strategists but you’ll own the creative execution.
We’re Looking For...- Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo (build + design)
- A strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy and conversion design
- Experience creating modular email systems (not just one-off graphics)
- Comfortable balancing brand-led creative with performance goals
- High attention to detail and ability to hit deadlines
- Confident managing multiple accounts
- Familiarity with reporting metrics (CTR, CVR, revenue attribution) is a plus
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
To be considered, you must include:
- Examples of emails you have personally designed
- Work that shows both promotional campaigns and automated flows
- Designs that demonstrate structure, hierarchy and conversion thinking
We are specifically looking for work that has been fully designed by you - not just adapted templates or team‑led work. Applications without portfolio examples will not be considered.
