A leading construction contractor with a large pipeline of work across Scotland are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team, working from regional offices in West Lothian. The business operate across civil engineering, utilities/energy and rail sectors, and are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team, delivering on NEC contracts within the Energy arm of the business.

With over 6 years of secured work ahead, the business require a skilled commercial candidate to oversee refurbishment and maintenance works on overhead power lines.
About

The Role
In this role you will manage multiple subcontract packages, and provide monthly forecasting/CVRs. You will value works using a Schedule of Rates, and work to measure and value Work Orders. Other commercial duties will include payment applications, resolution of dispute measures, typically via a site measure. You will deliver cost value reconciliation's on a monthly basis. You will report on liabilities for subcontractors, reconciled to earned value.
