Transform Construction Workflows as our next Civil Engineering Sales Engineer !

Are you ready to revolutionize how the world moves material and builds infrastructure? Trimble is looking for a technical powerhouse to empower our partners and drive the digital transformation of civil construction across the UK and Nordics!

In this role, you will be the primary technical catalyst for our distribution partners, directly influencing the adoption of cutting-edge earthworks and road-building technology across the EMEA region. You will have the unique opportunity to shape how major civil projects are executed by mastering and demonstrating the power of the Trimble ecosystem.

• Serve as the subject matter expert to train and coach distribution partners, enhancing their ability to effectively demonstrate and sell Trimble's premier software suite
• Provide expert technical consultations and high-impact demonstrations for core offerings including Trimble Business Center (TBC), Works Manager, and WorksOS
• Lead technical support for complex, high-priority implementations to ensure long-term customer success and loyalty
• Gather and synthesize critical market intelligence and trends to directly inform future product development and regional sales strategies
• Drive regional software growth by ensuring our horizontal construction solutions are precisely positioned to solve real-world site challenges

• Proven technical experience as a Sales or Application Engineer within the civil construction or heavy equipment technology industry
• Deep, practical knowledge of horizontal site operations, including grading, paving, earthmoving, and machine control
• Hands-on proficiency with Trimble Business Center (TBC) or a strong ability to master complex civil construction software
• Exceptional communication skills with a talent for articulating technical concepts to everyone from field crews to executives

• Existing relationships within the UK or Nordics distribution networks
• Advanced experience with Works Manager and Works
