We are currently looking for a Senior NPI Project Lead to lead NPI projects and coordinate an implementation team to ensure quality and timely delivery of operational projects into any manufacturing facility within the organization.

• Responsible for leading the methodical transfer of new products to manufacturing, influencing New Product Development activities cross functionally and across divisional groups.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements related to the methods, tools and processes used in the New Product Development Process.
• Develop processes to improve all aspects of New Product Development including, but not limited to: stage‑gate process, project scheduling, resource management, process validation, speed‑to‑market, quality, documentation, reporting, metrics, etc.
• Providing guidance to the Project team to comply with all S&N Product Development, stage‑gate, Design Control and Design Transfer procedures.
• Responsibility for resolving quality of work, timeliness or priority disputes within the Manufacturing Engineering Design Transfer elements of the New Product Development Pipeline.
• In conjunction with the quality group lead investigations, identify and implement corrective and preventative actions, provide the necessary engineering inputs to appropriately disposition material with minimal supervision.

• Significant experience within medical manufacturing
• B.Eng or
  
  B.Sc in Engineering, Science, or related field
• Previous working within New product introduction and design control / design transfer activities is essential and experience on managing delivery into operational areas of new products within wound main product groups of AWC / AWD in particular.
• Advanced understanding of project scheduling and reporting tools inclusive of risk registers, ability to create project plans for large complex projects.
