Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM, occasional Saturdays from 8AM to 5PM.
Salary: 27K to 30K depending on experience.
Role Overview:
The Parts Specialist is responsible for managing vehicle parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and providing excellent customer service. You will oversee parts sourcing, handling customer orders, and ensuring smooth department operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, verify, and record parts deliveries.
Locate, invoice, and issue parts to customers and internal teams.
Provide parts quotations and resolve customer queries.
Maintain accurate inventory and conduct stock checks.
Submit warranty and return claims promptly.
Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained.
