Financial Controller

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our international and fast-growing organization. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting strategic growth while ensuring compliance and accuracy across financial operations.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance of accounting in line with local GAAP.
• Maintain effective controls and budgets to mitigate risk and enhance reporting accuracy.
• Provide timely and comprehensive financial reporting and analysis, using relevant KPIs to explain business trends and variances.
• Lead the preparation of annual plans and monthly forecasts.
• Support go-to-market initiatives with data-driven insights at business level.
• Stay informed on local legislation and ensure statutory and regulatory filings are completed accurately and on time.
• Act as a primary contact for local authorities and external auditors (KPMG, EY).
• Provide information for annual audits and other assignments.
• Prepare the corporate annual report and statutory accounts, and research technical accounting issues to ensure compliance.

• University degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent, with at least 5 years' relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of English, French, and Spanish.
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Hyperion and Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage.
• Previous experience in retail is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills and commercial awareness.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and proactive in problem-solving.
