As Accounts Assistant for Sky Showtime you will support both O2C and P2P activities, playing a key role in keeping cash moving efficiently through the business, from customer billing and collections to supplier invoices and payments. The role ensures timely, accurate processing, strong controls, and clear reconciliations across the end‑to‑end finance cycle. It combines operational precision with close collaboration across finance, customers, and vendors to keep day‑to‑day finance running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will demonstrate a strong ability to work collaboratively across different teams with different needs to get things done.
  • You will be passionate about detail and accuracy and be willing to chase down critical information to manage billing and purchase order processes.
  • You will have strong financial acumen, understanding how to reconcile data between several different reports.
  • Support month end activities, reporting and other control activities.
  • Proactively assist in resolving the root cause of issues identified.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement projects.
  • Actively manage day‑to‑day P2P and O2C activities assigned.
  • O2C activities will consist mainly of billing and collections.
  • P2P activities will consist mainly of purchase order processing and supplier master data management.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience of payables, receivables or finance operations processes in small fast‑growing multinational organisations.
  • SAP Business by Design a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A strong eye for detail & be able to work independently within a process driven environment.
  • Can complete tasks in a timely manner whilst managing multiple requirements.
  • Energy and a willingness to solve problems.
  • Must be fluent in English with excellent oral and writing skills. A strong preference for additional European language capabilities.
Where You’ll Work:
  • We operate a hybrid working model, with the team office based 2 days per week. To maximise the benefits of team collaboration we ask team members to be in the office on Mondays & Tuesday’s.
  • Our office is in Livingston, and our lively campus is a free shuttle bus away from Livingston North train station and the town centre. Plus, there’s onsite parking available for cars, motorbikes and bicycles.
  • There will be opportunities to travel to London from time to time to meet with the wider Finance team.
