We are an expanding domiciliary care provider and are excited to be launching our services in Southend‑on‑Sea East. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Care Co‑ordinator to lead and manage our new office.

This is a key position within the company, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office and delivering high-quality, person‑centred care to our clients in the community.

• NVQ Level 3 in Adult Care (minimum)
• Full UK driving licence with access to a car
• Previous experience in a care co‑ordinator or similar role within domiciliary care
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Professional, approachable, and confident manner

• Conducting initial assessments for prospective clients
• Developing and implementing personalised care plans
• Preparing and managing weekly staff rotas
• Responding to queries from staff, clients, and families
• Carrying out spot checks and medication competency checks
• Completing regular client reviews
• Liaising with healthcare professionals and external agencies
• Networking and building collaborative relationships within the local community
• Ensuring staff training is up to date
• Maintaining accurate and compliant staff files
• Conducting supervisions and appraisals in a timely manner

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. You must be confident in addressing issues professionally and supporting staff to maintain high standards of care delivery.
