Senior HR Advisor

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time role where you can make a real impact? We’re seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join a collaborative and supportive team, helping to drive excellence across all HR functions.

What you’ll do:

• Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
• Support and manage complex employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, sickness, capability).
• Attend formal meetings, hearings, and investigations.
• Produce contracts, letters, and HR documentation in line with compliance standards.
• Support recruitment campaigns, interviews, onboarding, and induction processes.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives.
• Review and update HR policies and processes to improve service delivery.
• Cover for the HR Manager when required.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Proven experience handling complex employee relations cases.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with discretion.
• HR qualification (CIPD Level 5 or equivalent).
• Professional, proactive, and collaborative approach.
