We’re looking for an organised, proactive HR Coordinator to join our team to help keep our people processes running smoothly and ensure every staff member has a positive experience. You’ll be a natural organiser with excellent attention to detail and a calm, friendly approach. You’ll enjoy juggling multiple tasks, driving actions, supporting colleagues, and improving systems where you can. You’ll enjoy using MI systems and learning how systems can make processes work efficiently, ready to be trained in becoming an in‑house super user.

- Coordinate staff training and CPD across the academy
- Support Managers to monitor the compliance of their team’s mandatory training
- Maintain accurate HR records in our HR MIS, supporting the full employee lifecycle
- Prepare HR data and reports for senior leaders
- Provide administrative support for staff forums, surveys, and formal HR meetings
- Support Deaf staff by booking BSL interpreters and arranging BSL translation of HR documents
- Act as a first point of contact through the HR shared mailbox
- Strong administrative experience and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle sensitive information
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- A resilient, proactive approach and strong team ethic
- Confidence using IT systems (Word, Excel, MIS)
- Commitment to completing Level 3 HR or Business Administration qualification and BSL Level 1 (training provided)

5 GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 4‑9) or equivalent essential
Grade C / 4 or above
Level 3 HR Support or business administration qualification (or equivalent experience to this level) essential
Experience- Experience in delivering high quality administration support essential
- Experience of coordination across multiple project or task work areas essential
- Experience of using management information systems and data processing essential
- Adept at managing multiple tasks and tracking through to completion essential
- Attention to detail and thorough approach to data processing essential
- Ability to handle data and information accurately and securely essential
- Proficient user of IT packages, including Word and Excel essential
- Planning & co‑ordinating activities in conjunction with others essential
- Experience of working within a team and supporting team objectives
- Experience of working in HR or Training Administration role
- Experience of an administrative role in the education, public or charity sector
- Experience of working with others to improve systems and processes
