- The company values leaders who are technically credible, structured in their approach, and comfortable being close to delivery rather than managing purely at arm’s length.
- You will own end-to-end technical delivery of the platform across enterprise customers, from initial design through production rollout.
- You will lead complex, multi-region implementations, working directly with customer infrastructure, EUC, security, and operations teams.
- You will define delivery plans, deployment models, and implementation standards, ensuring consistency and quality across engagements.

- You will contribute to improving predictability, efficiency, and quality across the services organisation.
- You will bring ~8+ years of experience in enterprise IT, EUC, digital workplace, or post-sales delivery within complex environments.
- Experience on the customer side, using the likes of one of these vendors:

- You will be credible with senior technical stakeholders and confident operating in customer-facing environments.
