Our client, a leading professional development company, is hiring a Revenue Operations Lead to own and scale their conversion engine.

They’ve already built a strong paid acquisition and workshop engine that generates steady inbound demand. The next phase is focused on optimising conversion - ensuring the right prospects progress into qualified sales opportunities.

• Own the full post-click funnel (landing pages, applications, workshops, qualification flows)
• Improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs across key stages
• Design qualification systems that increase pipeline quality
• Run experiments across messaging, UX, and funnel structure
• Track funnel performance and turn insights into measurable improvements
• Partner with sales to improve lead progression and revenue impact

• Proven experience in revenue operations, growth, or funnel optimisation
• Strong track record improving conversion and lead quality
• Analytical, structured, and commercially minded
• Comfortable owning metrics tied to pipeline and revenue
