London Hybrid - 2-3 days office Salary: £120,000 - £125,000 Package: 15% Bonus  10% Pension  Excellent Benefits We're looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join a leading insurance organisation and play a key role in a brand-new global Guidewire implementation programme.

Key Responsibilities Lead solution architecture across Guidewire and wider insurance transformation initiatives. Define application roadmaps, target architectures and solution designs. Drive cloud, API, microservices and integration strategies. Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams and technical leads. Ensure governance, technical standards and architecture best practices are followed. Identify and mitigate technology risks while supporting Agile and Dev Sec Ops  delivery. About You Strong insurance sector experience across Underwriting, Claims, Policy and Billing.

Proven experience delivering Guidewire projects (implementation and/or migration). Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, APIs, microservices and integration architectures. Experience creating architecture roadmaps and leading enterprise-scale transformation programmes. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills. TOGAF and Guidewire certifications desirable.
