Information Technology Support Technician

We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Technician (Level
1) to join a growing Managed Service Provider in Livingston
.

This is a fully on-site, permanent role offering a salary of up to £35,000
, depending on experience.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in IT and strong hands‑on troubleshooting skills. Whether you have gained your experience professionally, through an apprenticeship, self‑learning or building your own systems, we are interested in what you can actually do.

The role will involve:

• Providing 1st line IT support
• Troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues
• Supporting users across a range of client environments
• Assisting with installations, deployments and projects
• Developing your skills across networking, security and infrastructure

You will be joining a supportive team with plenty of opportunity to learn, gain certifications and progress your IT career.

Monday-Friday | 9:00-17:30 | On-site | Up to £35,000
