Overview

This role can be based at in Aberdeen City or Aberdeenshire.

You will have the opportunity to have some hybrid working after an initial settling in period.

You'll become part of a well established and widely respected commercial property team. Working closely with a wide range of clients across the rural and agricultural communities of Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.

No two days are the same — you’ll enjoy a varied and interesting workload, which may include:

• Handling a wide range of commercial property transactions
• Working on rural and agricultural matters, including sales, purchases, leases and security work
• Building strong relationships with farmers, landowners, commercial clients, and local businesses
• Managing your own caseload with the support of an approachable, experienced team

It’s likely you shall have around 3 years' post qualifying experience within commercial property including rural property matters. You'll have exceptional client facing skills, are pragmatic and commercially aware.
