We are currently recruiting Mail Sorters to join the Royal Mail team in Livingston.
As a Mail Sorter, you will play an important role in keeping the UK's mail network moving, ensuring letters and parcels are sorted accurately and reach their destinations on time. Whether you are looking for seasonal work, extra income, or a longer-term opportunity, this role offers a great opening to get started with Royal Mail.

Shifts & Pay Rates:
Early Shift (06:00 - 14:00): £15.14 per hour (Tuesday to Saturday)
Night Shift (22:00 - 06:00): £16.44 per hour (Monday to Friday)
Blue Arrow are actively seeking Postal Delivery Drivers to join a successful delivery office team at various sites across Edinburgh. As a Postal Worker, you will be a vital part of the community, delivering letters and parcels, while being the friendly face that people look forward to seeing.
About the role
Our client is the leading provider of mail and parcel services across the UK. They are committed to delivering exceptional service and standards for the customers to ensure that they receive important correspondence and parcels come rain or shine. You'll drive round your delivery area, completing some part of the route on foot, ensuring that everything reaches it's destination safely.

What you'll be doing:
Sorting letters and parcels by hand and machine
Moving and handling mailbags and parcels weighing up to 11kg
Working efficiently to meet daily targets
Checking items carefully to ensure accurate sorting
Collaborating as part of a busy and supportive team
Staying productive in a fast-paced environment
What you'll Need:
Comfortable standing for long periods and performing manual handling tasks
Reliable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts
High attention to detail and accuracy
Team-focused attitude with strong communication skills
Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Basic DBS Check (Criminal Record Check - No cost, Blue Arrow will cover this)
