Polisher / Blast Booth Operator

Job Type: Full-time | Salary: £14.60 per hour |

Hours:

38 per week |

Schedule:

4 Day Week Monday to Thursday 06:00-16:00

• Operate blast booth equipment to clean and prepare surfaces.
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect and maintain blast booth machinery and tools.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Drive improvements to the blast booth process.
• Open to training on other skills such as polishing, passivating, dressing, cleaning welds.
• Dress welds to a high-quality standard.
• Clean welds using the passivating process.

• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to spot defects on work; close visual inspection required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Forklift license not essential but preferred.
