Monday-Thursday 07:00-16:00 & Friday 07:00-12:30

Key Duties
Prepare components: cleaning, degreasing, masking, and hanging
Operate powder coating equipment and curing ovens
Apply coatings to specified thickness and finish standards
Inspect finished work and rectify coating defects
Carry out colour changes efficiently
Maintain spray booths, equipment, and work area
Work to production schedules and quality standards
Comply with all health, safety, and environmental procedures
Experience & Skills
Proven experience as a Powder Coater in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of powder coating processes and defect prevention
Experience with ovens and thickness control
Good attention to detail and reliability
Able to work independently and as part of a team
