Connect Appointments is recruiting a Welder/Fabricator to join a globally recognised manufacturing business based in Livingston.
Our client is a well-established international manufacturer with a modern, well-organised workshop and a strong team culture.
What's on offer?- Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4pm
- £16.50 per hour
- £1,000 sign-on bonus with a further £1,000 bonus paid after a successful review following completion of 6 months
- Salary sacrifice pension matched up to 8%

- TIG and MIG welding across a variety of fabrication projects
- Reading and working from detailed engineering drawings
- Working on general sheet metal and light fabrication work
- Using hand and power tools to trim, cut and fit components
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Welder/Fabricator in a manufacturing environment
- Proven TIG and MIG welding skills
- The ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
- A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential
