Connect Appointments have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to join our growing Livingston-based client.
What’s on offer?- Full-time permanent position
- £17.50 per hour, working 40 hours per week (overtime also available)
- Annual performance bonus

- Overseeing manufacturing and production processes
- Creating SOPs and maintaining high-quality standards
- Implementing all the company’s procedures and policies
- Recruiting and managing new production staff members
- Monitoring productivity rates, standards and quality control
- Implementing safety, health, environment and quality requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment at managerial level
- A valid Passport for travel to initial training abroad (expenses paid)
- Knowledge of CNC machinery, maintenance and quality control
- Excellent leadership skills
