Temporary Branch Manager for Max Spielmann, a service‑based retail company.

Starting at £25,480 per annum, increasing to £25,584 after a successful trial period. Additional uncapped weekly bonus may be earned.

The role is to run the Livingston branch, delivering a wide range of photographic services including prints, canvases, portraits, frames, photo gifts, and basic Photoshop. You will also manage daily operational tasks, support and develop staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Operate and manage the branch day‑to‑day in Livingston.
• Deliver photographic services to customers using initiative and creativity.
• Provide full training to new staff and support ongoing development.
• Oversee staffing schedules and manage overtime when trained.
• Ensure all store standards and customer service expectations are met.
• Maintain a positive, energetic retail environment that reflects the brand.

• Experience in retail or hospitality, particularly customer‑focused roles.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
• Strong initiative and drive to succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
• Willingness to work full time (40 hours over 5 days, including weekends) with some overtime available.
