The Stockroom Supervisor plays a key role in achieving these standards by ensuring the smooth running of the stockroom and back‑of‑house operations.

  • Partner with the wider management team to build on business opportunities and achieve company standards and objectives.
  • Process deliveries, transfers, and other stock‑related duties accurately.
  • Accept incoming deliveries onto the system, organise stock in the stockroom, and use initiative to improve stock management.
  • Ensure replenishment on the shop floor is completed correctly and in a timely fashion by delegating to the team.
  • Be a key player in SKU accuracy and stock takes.
  • Analyse store‑level reports and create action plans to improve results.
  • Participate in weekly management meetings alongside other staff meetings.
  • Clearly communicate to staff the store and individual sales goals, other key performance expectations, sales results, and provide guidance on what is needed to improve performance.
  • Own communication boards and any facility‑related items (access controls, alarm systems).
  • Act as an RFID champion working closely with the central operations team and assist other stores where needed.
  • Build great relationships with key departments/personnel in Head Office, B&M team, facilities, and loss prevention.
  • Work with the SM compiling feedback on product and stock concerns/issues.
  • Produce reports and analysis, interpret data, and create action plans, communicating weekly to the management team.
  • Hold daily/weekly SR walks with SM or ASM.
About You
  • You connect to consumers with a previous track record within hospitality or retail.
  • You have previous stock handling experience.
  • You have strong management skills and act with purpose to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements.
  • You are an effective communicator with the ability to cultivate belonging.
