Transport Administrator

• Dispatch drivers and support the successful delivery of the daily transport plan
• Conduct driver debriefs and ensure all transport paperwork is completed accurately
• Manage transport administration and maintain up-to-date operational records
• Monitor and update transport systems, including driver and vehicle information
• Build strong working relationships with drivers, colleagues and customers
• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook and Word
• Ability to work accurately under pressure in a busy transport operation
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively as part of a team

Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workloads effectively while maintaining accurate transport records and providing excellent customer service. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced transport environment.
