As Unit Manager, you’ll support the DON in managing nursing services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a positive, proactive care environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee infection control efforts and reporting
Collaborate with the Facility Educator on training and development
Help determine and manage staffing needs
Assist in policy and procedure review and updates
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and evaluations
Ensure resident care follows individualized plans and best practices
Current RN license in Montana or ability to transfer
Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing experience required
Nurse leadership/management experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
