Retail Scan Associate; Livingston, MT

Overview

Retail Scan Associate (Livingston, MT 59057) s is a permanent PART-TIME role. As a shopper, you visit stores to collect information on products by scanning barcodes in areas that need to be analyzed. This data is used to assess, compare and improve the performance of both the product and store.

• Use a downloadable app on your own device to scan barcodes in store locations.
• Inventory certain products within the store while scanning barcodes.
• Provide data that influences the shopping experience for major brand retailers and local retailers.
• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week, including grocery, convenience, drug, and mass merchandise stores.
• Work with major brand retailers and independent retailers in your neighborhood.
• Typically average 6-8 hours per week depending on store size and project requirements.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to stand for long periods and access products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach up to 6 feet, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

• Compensation: $15/hr
