Tax Manager - CPA

Responsibilities:
* Manage tax compliance and reporting for 1065, 1040 (HNW), and 1120 clients
* Implement and oversee the tax plans for HNW clients
* Prepare the accounting records and tax compliance documents for individuals, (HNW), and corporations
* Ensure the accuracy of all documents, (financial statements, tax returns, etc.)
* Offer solutions to time sensitive tax filing events
* Assist with bonus eligible Business Development activities working with a diverse group of generalist clients Requirements
* Accounting;
Master's degree preferred
* CPA required
* 5+ years of quality public accounting tax experience with some experience servicing clients withing the financial service, or R/e sectors

140000 - $160000
