Job Description

Formosa Global Solutions is expanding our commercial team to drive growth in carbon fiber, steel, and eventually petrochemicals. We are looking for a quick-learning, ambitious BD/Sales professional who can build new customer relationships in the U.S. and globally.

Major Areas of Accountability
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new customers across carbon fiber, steel, and petrochemicals
  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, pricing, negotiation, and closing
  • Build relationships with distributors, service centers, and OEMs globally, including customer travel
  • Support market expansion into the U.S., LATAM, GCC, Africa, and other regions
  • Track market pricing, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Coordinate with Formosa’s product teams internally
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in steel, carbon fiber, composites, petrochemicals, plastics, or other industrial materials is a strong plus
  • Proficient in Excel and strong organizational skills to maintain customer outreach information
