Schedule: Friday and Saturday, 11:00pm-7:00am

Position Summary

As a Concierge, you will be the friendly face of our community, greeting residents and visitors and providing vital assistance. Your role will involve answering inquiries, managing emergency situations, and performing various clerical duties, all while ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere. This position reports directly to the Business Office Manager/Assistant Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming Atmosphere: Greet residents, visitors, and prospective residents with warmth and professionalism.
  • Communication: Handle telephone inquiries effectively, relaying calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Safety Oversight: Monitor surveillance systems and alarms, ensuring the safety and security of residents and property.
  • Documentation: Maintain visitor logs, document concerns, and report issues to supervisors as needed.
  • Package Handling: Receive and deliver packages and other items as requested.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Maintain emergency contact information and assist during emergency situations.

  • Active Listening: Engage with residents and guests to fully understand their needs.
  • Effective Communication: Clearly convey information both verbally and in writing, maintaining professionalism.
  • Service Orientation: Consistently seek ways to assist residents and guests.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in documentation and adherence to procedures.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; or 1-3 months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
