The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $240,000 to $340,000 per year. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.

- Board Certified in Occupational Medicine (or Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine with Occupational Medicine experience)
- MRO, DOT, and IME certification highly preferred – support will be provided to achieve within designated time frame if not already held
- Leadership experience in an occupational health or employee health setting
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, CDC, DOT, ADA, and Workers’ Compensation guidelines
- NJ medical license or eligibility
