RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an Endocrinologist for Employment in Livingston, NJ. The position is located at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, 94 Old Short Hills Road, Livingston, NJ 07039. This is a 100% endocrinology role with both inpatient and outpatient duties.
Join a well-established endocrinology group with a strong referral base and robust consult service, supported by 3 other physicians and a seasoned support staff. The role offers opportunities for career growth, mentorship, and potential involvement with medical students and residents in an academic and clinical environment. Located in northern New Jersey with easy access to New York City and the Jersey Shore, the area supports a good work-life balance.
Position Overview- Full-time with outpatient responsibilities and inpatient coverage for consults
- Possibility for academic appointment with Rutgers New Jersey Medical School
- Transplant Unit and Burn Unit located directly at the hospital
- BC/BE in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
- NJ licensed or eligible for licensure
We offer competitive compensation and a robust benefits package including health, life, disability and malpractice insurance, 401k/retirement, plus PTO and added time off for CME. The anticipated salary range for this position is $260,000 to $350,000 per year, with the final offer dependent on factors such as education, skills, and experience. Residency stipends may be applicable for current trainees joining RWJBH during the final year of residency.
