• Oversee credit and collections for multiple business units, ensuring minimal bad debt losses.
• Direct credit supervisors and analysts in evaluating customer creditworthiness and setting credit limits.
• Manage collection strategies to maintain overdue accounts below target levels (2.00%).
• Develop and implement credit policies, SOP compliance, and process improvements.
• Provide monthly reporting and strategic recommendations to senior management.

• 10+ years of credit and collections experience in a commercial environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Bankruptcy laws and credit risk management.
