The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Assumes responsibility for the daily activities in the department in part or in full as directed. Acts as preceptor for new orientees. Performs special projects. Responsibilities include assisting Operating Room managers with count sheets, setting up new trays, assisting with the care cart system and modules. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requires the ability to work under very stressful conditions.

Pick-up and delivery of patient care equipment and instruments.

Required:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• One to two years Central Service/SPD experience

• Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certification required
