Pay Range: $21.00 – $25.50 per hour

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.
Job OverviewUnder the direction of the Assistant Director of Administrative Services, performs all patient related clerical duties necessary to assist the health care team to provide patient care. Acts as a liaison between patients and clinical team. This includes but is not limited to maintaining physician schedule, typing, scanning, telephone triage, and other clerical functions relating to patient care. Ability to cross cover Telephone assistant, pre‑auth billing clerk, and check‑out.
QualificationsRequired:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Must have prior healthcare experience
- Successful completion of all orientation programs
Preferred:
- Healthcare Experience
- College Degree
- Scheduling Experience
- Shift Working: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Day Shift
- Full Time, 37.5 Hours Per Week
