Active small law firm in Livingston is seeking to hire an associate attorney. Litigation experience is a plus. The position is in-person, located in a Class A office building, and offers a professional work environment. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong word processing skills and proficiency in legal research.
The role involves working on real estate matters, land use applications, estate and trust matters, and probate litigation. The candidate may also be required to appear at land use meetings and court proceedings.
