Base pay range

Key Responsibilities- Assist attorneys in all phases of real estate transactions, including commercial, residential, leasing, financing, acquisitions, and dispositions.
- Draft, review, and prepare real estate documents such as contracts, leases, closing documents, title commitments, loan documents, and related correspondence.
- Order and review title work, surveys, UCC searches, and due diligence materials.
- Coordinate and track closing timelines, deliverables, and checklists.
- 2-5+ years of experience as a real estate paralegal (law firm experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of real estate documents, title review, and closing procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000-$115,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
