The above range reflects the anticipated annual salary for this position in New Jersey. Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s education, experience, and skills.

Assist the primary operating surgeon in perioperative care of patients undergoing surgery. Utilize the nursing process to formulate care plans, operate within facility policies and guidelines, and report directly to OR leadership. As an RNFA, lead and exemplify professionalism in the expanded role of registered nurse/APN.

• Licensed Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse in New Jersey.
• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• RNFA completion or enrollment in an RNFA program upon hire.
• 1–2 years of recent adult or acute care with OR experience.
• Demonstrated ability to establish positive, collaborative relationships with physicians, managers, and hospital staff.
• Well‑developed ability to prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects.
