Mobile Experts work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are passionate about technology, customer service, and building relationships. This role involves learning and developing skills to advance to a Retail Associate Manager position. New associates will complete training to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing a world-class customer experience by assisting customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Demonstrating products and technology, exploring customer needs, and offering personalized solutions.
• Using digital tools to showcase coverage, plans, and services.
• Building relationships with customers and partners across channels.
• Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment.

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
