Annual pay ranges may fall between $15,735.20 – $53,000. Candidates may also receive a bonus and other benefits.

• Generate sales by providing excellent customer service, meeting or exceeding company objectives in all individual metrics.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards, signage, and store cleanliness according to current guidelines.
• Protect company assets and manage inventory accurately, including receiving, transferring, and conducting product counts.
• Support store operations through scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and documentation per company policies.
• Supervise associates, conduct training, recruit new personnel, and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with employees at all levels and perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of relevant experience.
• Experience producing sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal and viajul communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with standard software programs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb a ladder, work with hands overhead, remain standing for up to 100% of the shift, and work unsuper preparada.

Assistant Store Managers may earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Exact compensation may vary. Assistant Store Managers PT are available for monthly store sales bonuses and a 40% employee discount.
