Sareh Nouri is seeking a polished, motivated Assistant Store Manager/Stylist for a full‑time, on‑site role in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This hands‑on role includes selling, taking client appointments, and supporting daily salon operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager to support the sales team, assist with scheduling, and provide an exceptional client experience while maintaining our luxury brand standards.

The ideal candidate has luxury sales experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for fashion and client service.

Hourly + commission. Weekend availability is required.

• Assist the Store Manager with the daily operations and overall success of the salon.
• Oversee the sales floor and help ensure smooth appointment flow and an exceptional client experience.
• Assist with staff scheduling and day‑to‑day team coordination.
• Lead by example in sales, styling, customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Support, coach, and train team members to help achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Help motivate the team and maintain a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members on sales, styling, client experience, product knowledge, and store procedures.
• Communicate effectively with the Store Manager regarding sales performance, client feedback, staffing needs, and daily operations.

• Conduct bridal and evening wear appointments with warmth, confidence, professionalism, and expert styling guidance.
• Build genuine relationships with clients and provide a personalized, elevated shopping experience.
• Drive sales through relationship‑building, expert styling, and thoughtful recommendations.
• Educate clients on fit, fabric, construction, customization options, designer details, and accessories.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of Sareh Nouri bridal gowns, accessories, fabrics, and collections.
• Accurately process orders, special requests, deposits, payments, and client information.
• Maintain detailed client notes to ensure seamless follow‑up and continuity of service.
• Handle client questions or concerns with professionalism, poise, and a solutions‑oriented approach.
• Support individual and store sales goals while maintaining the high‑touch service expected of a luxury brand.

• Coach team members on styling, product knowledge, client engagement, and sales techniques.
