Internal Medicine Physician

Livingston Regional Hospital (LRH) is actively recruiting an Internist (Internal Medicine Physician Outpatient) to join our established, busy practice and patient base of collaborative providers. We are a 114-bed hospital providing a continuum of care covering all aspects of healthcare, from 24-hour emergency services to rehabilitative services on both an inpatient and an outpatient basis, a Level II-A neonatal nursery, as well as a 16-bed gero-psych unit.

About the position:

  8am 4:30pm
• General
  
  Schedule:
  
  4 10-hour shifts/week must include Mondays/Fridays (5 8's ok)
• Call: for your own panel; after-hours generally home health
• No obstetrics
• Average # of patients seen per day (when ramped): 24-28
• Support staff: MA or LPN
• Practitioners: 3 physicians, 3NP s; 1 Pulmonologist
• Hospitalist program for inpatient
• On-site services: lab, X-ray, ultrasound, bone density

Qualifications:

• BE/BC in Internal Medicine
• Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of TN and DEA with full prescriptive authority
