• Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice for a medical/surgical unit.

• $4,000 Experienced RN Sign-On Bonus
• $3,000 Inexperienced RN Sign-On Bonus

• Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS);
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS - within 6 months of hire);
  Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS - within 6 months of hire);
  Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP);
  Perioperative Nurse (CNOR);
