Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive midwifery services, including prenatal care, labor support, delivery assistance, and postpartum follow-up.
- Coordinate patient care with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered outcomes.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for obstetric coverage.
- Utilize available clinical resources to support assessment, care planning, and treatment decisions.
- Current certification as a midwife (certified nurse midwife).
- Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and patient communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a physician-midwife team.
- Commitment to evidence-based, high-quality maternal care.
