You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, document thoroughly, and collaborate with the health-care team to ensure continuity of care. The role requires current Texas RN licensure and BLS, with a strong focus on patient advocacy and emergency readiness. You will respond to emergencies, manage medications and organize narcotics per policy.
