SALARY POSITION pay is based on EXPERIENCE
EXECUTIVE CHEF
Under the direction of the Director of F&B Operations, the Executive Chef is responsible for creating and implementing successful menu options for Naskila’s F&B outlets and leading all back of house operational aspects of the Food & Beverage Department including, but not limited to, Kitchen Operations, Ordering and Inventory Control and Team Member Dining Room Operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of seven (7) years previous experience in a full-service kitchen.
- Minimum of five (5) years management experience as a chef in a full-service restaurant or hotel.
- Certified in Serv Safe Sanitation Manager level.
Preferred:
- Experience with start-up restaurants, construction, and opening experience.
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts, or CEC Certification from American Culinary Federation or Culinary Institute of America.
- Previous experience in gaming hospitality environment.
