Job Description As a small business, everyone pitches in when needed. In addition to the responsibilities listed below, you'll occasionally assist with other reasonable administrative tasks that help keep the office running smoothly.
Essential Job Functions
Processing accounts payable and receivable; handling collectionsRetaining historical records through the accurate filling of documentsPerform month end and year end dutiesTrack and restore all financial activitiesCompleting bank and general ledger reconciliationsPrepare reports to show receipt expendituresMaintain vendor and customer informationDaily financial data entryReconcile statements, suppliers and client accountsManage corporate credit cards & employee expensesGenerate and mail statements upon requestsInteract with customers to resolve payment issuesResearch and process customer claims of invoice paymentGenerate reports and find discrepancies as well as cost savings opportunitiesCollect daily mail from the campus general mailbox on siteRequired Qualifications
Associate Degree in Accounting and 2+ years of previous AR/AP experienceManufacturing experience preferredProficient with Quick BooksProficient with AS400Experience using Microsoft 365Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail are a mustAbility to multitask and communicate effectively with all individualsCapable of working independently with minimal supervisionDemonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures or job assignmentsCompany Description
